TOS (Terms of Service)
You must agree to these terms of service to commission Plush Buttons
Questions regarding this TOS can sent through the "Contact Me Page".

Payment Plans and Shipping
An upfront 30% non-refundable down payment of your quote price will be collected to cover basic material costs.
This does not apply to tail only, handpaws only, and feetpaws only commissions. A full upfront payment is required for these.

I only accept payment via PayPal. An invoice will be sent once the commission is accepted and work will not be started until the 30% down payment is received.
The 30% down payment is due within a week of the invoice being sent out.

The remaining 70% balance shall be paid off within six months of the initial payment in weekly or bi-weekly payments. If more time is needed, an agreement must be made on a different payment plan. If full payment is not received within the time frame given and/or agreed upon, I reserve the right to cancel the commission. No suit will be sent out nor given to the commissioner until a full payment is received.

International shipping is an option, but it is the responsibility of the commissioner to pay international shipping as well as fees that may be associated with it like customs.
Plush Buttons operates in the eastern United States for reference

Shipping costs vary based on commission type, size of the fursuit, and any additional items purchased with the suit (sandals, extra parts, etc).
For US shipping, plan on setting aside $50-$100 for shipping

Reference Sheets

You must provide a digital reference with at least 2 turnarounds and/or a clear front and back view of markings. I DO NOT accept badges or random drawings as a reference.

The character’s design is considered final once the first payment is made. Minor changes may be made prior to patterning being approved.
I reserve the right to charge an additional fee to accommodate any changes made after the first payment is received.

Refunds/Returns

If a suit arrives not fitting or a major sewing issue is present with the suit, you may send it back to me for repair at my cost, provided that the suit has not been used. In this case, the suit must be shipped for repair by a method approved by me within two weeks of the original delivery date and I will ship the repaired suit at my cost when able to (6 months max). If the suit has been used on an outing and then issues found, then you are responsible for payment of shipping and potential repair costs.
I recommend examining your suit as soon as you get it and find your limits in the suit so damage can be kept to a minimum or can be avoided.

Customer Satisfaction

I will send multiple progress updates including pattern confirmations, shape confirmation, and other miscellaneous progress photos. If you see anything you are unhappy about or would like changes to, notify me immediately of the desired change(s) and I will accommodate your changes or provide a fee estimate to do so.

Duct Tape Dummies (DTD)
I require a DTD for any commissions involving a bodysuit.

Be sure the DTD reaches the: base of your neck, end of your wrists, and bottom of your ankles (See our 'DTD' tab if you are confused).

The DTD must be received in a timely manner so that the commission can be worked on promptly (typically within a month of paying the 30% down payment).

Miscellaneous

I am open to accommodating comments and changes requested during the patterning and building process, I will not tolerate harassment or abuse. Repeated abuse and/or harassment will be considered breach of contract, in which I reserve the right to cancel the commission immediately with no refund.

I do not work with individuals under the age of 16. I reserve the right to ID you at any point in the commission process, so I can verify that you are of age to commission me.
I will not do commission work of any sort using any pattern other than my own.
I am not open to using pay-to-use patterns as a part of any commission.
